"I read this book to my 3-yr old grandson. Watching his face as I read, he reflected all the feels of "Buddy", from empathy with his trying to make friends and being put off, to joy of being accepted in his forever home!
I highly recommend this book for children of all ages! It teaches acceptance, being yourself, and even social responsibility - caring for those in need. Great story and captivating illustrations!"

A heart warming story I think kids and adults will connect with; and that can open conversations about acceptance and feeling “different”.
And also a story about fostering cats and the fun that it can be :)
