If your item arrives damaged, defective or is incorrect:

Once we receive the item in unused condition, we will exchange it or issue a store credit.
Returns/Exchange Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed to be eligible.
Custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
