Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.

We will work with the carrier to resolve issues when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
