Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
     

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
     

  • During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
     

  • Made-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated after ordering.
     

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you have not received your confirmation email within 5 days, please email us at themeowmob@gmail.com

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship using USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • USPS Ground Shipping: [2-8 business days]

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

​​Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
     

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
     

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.
     

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve issues when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
